WCCN All-Partners Webinar: WCCN Emerging Leadership Initiative’s Toolkit – What We’ve Learned About Mentorship

The Emerging Leaders Working Group decided to invest intentionally and significantly in 2024 to advance our goal of creating a mentorship toolkit for emerging leaders. We are including resources for mentors, mentees and organizations seeking to establish mentorship programs within their organizations. Our work is informed by input from Confluence 2024, interviews with established programs and/or professionals, surveys and other feedback. We will develop a companion training session for the toolkit with the goal of sharing broadly the benefits of mentorship and promoting the practice as an important component of professional development, support and organizational leadership. While the toolkit will be an iterative and dynamic resource, during this session we will share the latest version and facilitate a discussion about its development, any additional areas for growth and plans for marking and the companion training session.
