CCC specializes in environmental conservation and natural resource management that inherently cross boundaries of ownership, culture, politics, resources, etc. We work with partner organizations throughout Colorado, the United States, and internationally to enhance collaborative capacity and accomplish shared conservation goals through joint, cross-boundary efforts (e.g. forest management, human-wolf conflicts, shared resource management).
Since 2019, CCC has been expanding the number and dollar value of fee-for-service related projects. The typical customer for our services include other CSU colleges and departments, government agencies, non-profits, academic institutions, foundations, or other private entities interested in collaborative conservation. The most common work types completed by CCC for these clients include network building and coordination, conflict management, facilitation, and capacity building via training.
