“The latest Western Water Assessment briefing says that we have had record-dry conditions and temperatures above normal throughout much of the western US. In other words, wildfire conditions. Indeed, this wildfire season has already been active, including a fire in Colorado that has spread to >100,000 acres in just one week.” CCC Director

The fight to manage our land around fire relies heavily on the relationships between management personnel, communicators, and people impacted by fire. Events like the CFCN Summit are paramount to maintaining these relationships.

In this newsletter, we discuss current events, a training review about fundraising for small businesses, a deep dive into providing just methods of collecting/sharing data, and news about what we’ve got going on.

We hope this email finds you well.

Yours in conservation,

The CCC
